Applications Engineer Full Time

Your tasks

• Evaluation of the customer’s application requirements. Creation of the technical documentation for tenders and customer projects as well as extended application-specific support and technical advice.
• Supporting the sales team in identifying problems and resolving technical issues in the EMEA region (pre & after sales).
• Carrying out repairs, maintenance and service work on 3D scanners and 3D printers (DLP & LCD)
• Providing feedback for R&D on product improvement as an interface to Key Opinion Leaders and HQ.
• Creation and implementation of training programs for customers and internal employees.
• Conducting product demonstrations in webinars, road shows and at trade fairs
• Creation of manuals, guides and documentation as needed to support sales, customer service and dealers

Your profile:

• Degree (Bachelor or Master) in the field of medical technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable course
• Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written). Additional foreign languages, especially Chinese, are a plus
• Structured and independent way of working, analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high degree of initiative
• Desire to work in a start-up atmosphere and an international team
• Joy of travelling
