As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a highly experienced and professional Senior, Manager Finance EMEA to join our dynamic finance team.
Responsibilities:
Management and development of the finance team
Responsible for compliance with local accounting standards
Support of subsidiaries (shared services)
Implementation and compliance with tax requirements (e.g., EStG, KStG, GewStG, UStG)
Ongoing assessment and optimization of existing processes and implementation of corporate guidelines
Monitoring and control of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Assessment and evaluation of customer ratings
Cash forecasting, planning, and accounts payable management
Compliance with reporting obligations (UVA, ZM, commercial register)
Contact person for local and international auditors
Responsible for or participation in assigned projects
Qualifications:
Successful completion of a (International) Certified Accountant qualification or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting/controlling or similar
At least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position
