IT Digital Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Mission

Manage and optimize Windows and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient endpoint operations across the organization.

Configure and maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, Windows Autopilot deployments, and application rollouts to support a modern digital workplace.

Provide expert support for Microsoft 365 and endpoint technologies, troubleshooting complex technical issues and delivering an excellent end-user experience.

Drive productivity improvements through automation, self-service solutions, and the continuous enhancement of IT service delivery processes, including ServiceNow workflows and knowledge management.

Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory environments, managing authentication and access controls such as Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO).

Administer identity governance and access management through SolarWinds ARM, conducting access reviews, supporting audits and collaborating with Information Security and Business stakeholders to maintain least-privilege access controls.

Your Talents

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to service management.

Experience working in an ITIL-based service management environment and contributing to infrastructure or digital transformation projects.

Experience working with ServiceNow or a similar IT Service Management (ITSM) platform to manage incidents, service requests, changes, and knowledge documentation.

The ability to prioritize work effectively, manage multiple initiatives, and work independently as well as within cross-functional teams

In-depth experience in all Microsoft 365 services as well as hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and modern endpoint management.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), identity management, Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication.

Fluent English, additional languages are a plus
