Additive Design & Manufacturing (AD&M) is developing and maturing Additive Manufacturing (AM) technologies in the LEGO Group. We are focusing on the research and development of design methodologies and technologies, production technologies, materials, and applications. The department is mainly focusing on polymer AM production for different applications in close collaboration with different partners. The aim is pushing and driving the AM industry and its technologies towards true large-scale manufacturing.
You will join our AD&M Innovation & Technology Development team, which involves working with Additive Manufacturing technologies and processes on various readiness levels. These include scouting of new, emerging AM technologies, experiments with Proof of Concepts to demonstrate its technical feasibility, up to validating and demonstrating the technology’s capability, benefits, and performance under representative conditions in a relevant environment.
