As Software Marketing Manager you play a critical role actively seeking for new business opportunities, strengthen our brand within this fascinating industry and establish best best-practice workflows in our marketing. This is an ideal role for someone who has developed and managed marketing activities to strengthen a brand’s position and help become the first choice for any challenges worldwide. While there are certain roles that require us to be at the office, our workforce is inclusive. The Software Marketing Manager meets twice a week (in Berlin) and supports various trinckle teams. We allow hybrid working possibility to support those company marketing material, campaigns, emails and calls.

Your profile

• +2 years proven work experience in a Marketing role
• Develop and manage marketing activities to strengthen trinckle’s brand position and help us to become the first choice for any design automation challenges worldwide. From concept to execution – your impact will be visible
• Collaborate with our Business Development and Sales Managers to establish highly efficient lead generation processes. You will structure and manage inbound lead channels on your own responsibility. Believing in flat hierarchies, we want you to bring out the best in you and positively influence the team around you
• Leverage the full toolbox: our website, our social media channels, physical fairs and conferences, workshops and webinars. Make these your home turf
• Tailor your marketing strategies for our various customer markets – the focus will be on industrial production settings and medical applications
• Convert our customer’s use cases into best practice stories – creating the content for future campaigns and inbound leads
• Bring in your marketing experience to improve our processes wherever you can
• Work independently in a structured manner. At the same time, you are a team-player appreciating interaction with people from various professional and cultural backgrounds
• You adapt to new situations quickly and learn fast; you also have a keen interest and a good understanding of how modern technologies work
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English & German
• If you have experience and knowledge in the field of 3D printing, CAD and/or SaaS you will impress us even more
• Most importantly: we look for colleagues with a positive can-do mindset
